Users will also be able to share their intentions with their family and friends through the site.<\/p>\n<p>The move allows <a class=\"plink\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nhsbt.nhs.uk\/\" title=\"NHSBT\">NHS Blood and Transplant<\/a> to reach a new audience through social media, hopefully increasing awareness and boosting the number of people registered as donors.
