It is an analysis of deceased donor kidney graft survival in Europe and the USA based on CTS data and UNOS data comparing overall and age specific 1, 5 and 10 year graft survival for Europeans and white, African and Hispanic Americans over a 3 year period 2005-2008. Although there is a similar one year graft survival of around 90% in both Europe and USA, at 5 and 10 years European graft survival is markedly superior to that in the USA \u00a0in all three categories of recipients.
