Sign up to\u00a0the EVIT course which will be held 21 &amp; 22 March, 2014 at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in London.<\/p>\n<p>The two-day course is aimed at young professionals actively involved in organ and tissue transplantation who want to increase their skills in evidence-based decision-making.<\/p>\n<p><b>Course Content<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The course consists of lectures and small group sessions. It will cover clinical research methods needed to study the effectiveness of therapeutic procedures in organ transplantation, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clinical trial design and interpretation<\/li>\n<li>Literature searching<\/li>\n<li>Literature appraisal<\/li>\n<li>Systematic review and meta-analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Date and venue<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The sixth EVIT course will be held at the Royal College of Surgeons of Englang\u00a0in London on the 21st and 22nd March 2014.<\/p>\n<p><b>Registration<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Course is open to\u00a0members and non-members of the European Society for Organ Transplantation. To apply for a place on this course, please go to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.esot.org\/Content.aspx?item=170\">the ESOT website<\/a>.
