John is currently in full-time surgical training but maintains strong links with the CET and has now taken on a role as deputy director. John has formal training in literature searching, critical appraisal, systematic review and surgical research methodology. He is a regular contributor to the Transplant Trial Watch and supervises junior research fellows.
