New and impoved Transplant Library now live

We are pleased to announce the launch of the new and improved Transplant Library. Until now, the library has included a hand-selected subset of the transplant literature, with a focus on high-level evidence (systematic reviews and randomised controlled trials). One of the most requested features for the library has been a wider breadth of transplant literature, to include all of the evidence regardless of quality, and we have delivered this with our latest version.

We have worked closely with Evidentia publishing to develop this functionality, using artificial intelligence (AI) to screen the literature for relevant studies. This technology significantly reduces the work and costs of maintaining the library. Crucially, studies can still be filtered by quality, study type, organ and donor type to help users easily find the papers that they are after. Additional new filters allow users to focus on the most recent studies, making keeping up to date with new literature a breeze.

We will continue to produce the popular Transplant Evidence Alert, which summarises 10 of the most important new papers in the field each month.
